(I got 9 minutes and 15 seconds on the Mile [Run] test!)

皆さん、おはいよ！
今日は私の保体でマイルをしました。
(Today we did the mile run.)
初に私の生、私は９分１５秒にマイルをしました。
(For the first time in my life I got 9 minutes and 15 seconds on the mile run.)
習いはより大きいで１０分をします。
(Normally I get a time greater than 10 minutes.)
私が９分１５秒はすぶらしいです。
(For me 9 minutes and 15 seconds is awesome.)
しかし、私はちょっとデブです。
(However, I'm a little fat.)
それに皆さんが９分ちょっと遅いです。
(Because of that, for everyone else 9 minutes is a little slow.)
時に１マイルは１．６０９３４４キロメーターです。
(Oh and by the way 1 mile is 1.609344 kilometers.)

1000m run : 1000メートル走
a mile run ：１マイル走 or 1.6キロ走
As for Japanese comparison, like a sentence of "A is greater than B," it would be A はBより大きい, so you would say Bより the thngs with which you compare- i.e. B.
In your sentence, "Normally I get a time greater than 10 minutes," you have to say 普通、１０分より大きな時間がかかる(unnatural) → 普通、１０分以上時間がかかる。(natural)
