皆さん、こんばんは！最近は文部科学省の奨学金の申請書を準備していましたので、ちょっと忙しくなったかな～。たくさん質問がありましたんですが、下の文は面白く読めるだと思いますので楽しんでください。実はこの文は「何で私が日本の事を好き」って言う質問答えます。

14. What kind of impression do you have of Japan?
（日本にどのような印象を持っているか）
My impression of Japan can really be summed up in the word “genuine”. They genuinely follow rules, genuinely work as hard as they can at their job, and genuinely try to be polite as possible. It is through this genuine image, that whenever you see the words “made in Japan” on something, you can rest assured it is a quality product. Having lived in Japan for 8 months, I am also acutely aware of a variety of complications Japanese culture can provide. No country is perfect, but Japan is really close. The safe atmosphere from a lack of crime, the efficiency of the language, the fact you can sincerely trust a stranger’s advice, and how everyone constantly works for the betterment of society as a whole are all things I absolutely love about Japan. Whenever I think of Japan, I remember the fact Japanese people try to be as selfless as possible. It is because of these things and more that I can enjoy Japan despite its faults. The most impressive of which is what Japan does in times of difficulty. When I sat in English class on March 11th, 2011 having books upon books spilled upon my feet due to The Great Tohoku Earthquake, the first worry in my mind was how everyone was going to panic. Much to my surprise and delight, even though we were quite literally shaken with fear, everyone formed calm orderly lines and proceeded to have the most tranquil emergency situation I have ever experienced. Their selflessness is so engrained into their culture and mentality that even in times of great chaos, Japan stays true to thinking about the benefit of everyone as a whole. It was the most astonishing part of my youth exchange, and why my passion for Japan and its culture is so great. These facts lead my impression of Japan to become the one country where I can feel at ease, because just about everyone who lives there is genuinely a good person.
日本に持っている印象は「純正」と言う言葉で伝えられます。日本人はルールを守る事は純正や、働き方は純正・丁寧にする事が純正に頑張ります。このように、「日本に使った品です」と書いてある物は純正品の関係があります。８ヵ月間に日本で住んだ事ありましたので、日本の大変な事にもよく分かっています。世界中、どこの国でも完璧ではなく、日本は近めにいます。犯罪は少なく安全な気持ちや、効率的な言語・知らない人のアドバイスでも信じれる・皆さんは社会をもっとよくするために頑張っているの全部はどうして日本がこんなに好きになりましたのを答えています。日本の事を考えたら、いつも思い出しているの事は皆さんの滅私奉公です。この理由とも他の理由で、大変な事があるのに日本の事を楽しみにできます。１番印象深い事は混乱している日本です。11日3月の英語の授業で東北地方太平洋沖地震のでたくさん本が私の足の上に落ちっていた時、最初の心配があった事はどのような混乱になる事でした。しかし、驚いたのに嬉しかったのは皆さんの恐れはどんどんかけていましたのに、混乱になれずに落ち着いて、並んで、今まで1番平穏な非常手段の経験しました。日本の文化と日本人の考え方は滅私奉公がそんなに強くある事ですので、大変な災害のに、皆さんはまた社会のために考えています。この事は、1番驚いた事のですが、1番感動した事で、日本と日本の文化の興味はこんなに強くなるわけです。この理由で、日本に持っている印象は日本に住んでいる人が純正のいい人ですので世界中の１つ国で安心がある事になります。

８ヵ月間に日本で住んだ事がありましたので、日本の大変な事にもよく分かっています。

They genuinely follow rules, genuinely work as hard as they can at their job, and genuinely try to be polite as possible.彼らは純粋に規則に従い、よく働き、礼儀正しい。
It is through this genuine image, that whenever you see the words “made in Japan” on something, you can rest assured it is a quality product.この「純粋」という印象を通して、「日本製」の製品を見る時はいつも”品質がいい？”というイメージを持ちます。
Having lived in Japan for 8 months, I am also acutely aware of a variety of complications Japanese culture can provide.日本に八ヶ月すんでいたので、日本文化の複雑なところまで知っています。
No country is perfect, but Japan is really close.どの国も完璧では無いですが、日本は完璧に近いです。You are overestimating Japan.
The safe atmosphere from a lack of crime, the efficiency of the language, the fact you can sincerely trust a stranger’s advice, and how everyone constantly works for the betterment of society as a whole are all things I absolutely love about Japan.治安がよく犯罪が少ない、高い言語能力、言葉を知らなくてもいうことが信頼できる、社会を浴するために皆良く働いています。私が日本を愛する理由です。
Whenever I think of Japan, I remember the fact Japanese people try to be as selfless as possible.日本のことを考えるときいつも、日本人は可能な限り無欲になるイメージがあります。

Much to my surprise and delight, even though we were quite literally shaken with fear, everyone formed calm orderly lines and proceeded to have the most tranquil emergency situation I have ever experienced.一番驚いたことは、地震のとき凄く揺れたにも関わらず、みんあいつもどおり振舞って落ち着いていたことです。こんな光景始めてみました。

At first sight, they look very polite. But actually they also have a very cruel aspect, especially for native Japanese people. Their attitude is obviously different, when they speak to foreingers.
Anyway, you are a foreiger in Japan, Japanese people are very polite and kind to you.
これが知っていますのに、また書いたとおりに日本の印象はそうです。
