1. Go to the page of the group that you want to quit. (At the main page, on the bottom left, the groups you belong to are listed.)
2. At the top of the group page click “cancel group membership”.
3. You will be taken to the confirmation page; confirm that you truly want to leave this group by clicking “quit this group” and you are finished.
