- What if I forget my password?

1. At the log-in page, click “forgot your password”.
2. Enter the mail address that you used to sign up in the “email address” field and click “send”.
3. You will receive a “reissued password” mail from us at this email address.
4. Please record this new password somewhere safe. You can now log-in at the log-in menu with your email address and your reissued password.
