How do I find friends who are studying foreign languages?
Lang-8 has many members whose main goal is foreign language study.
Please refer to the below information to help find friends on Lang-8.
Ⅰ. At the top of your main page under “match” you can search for other members who would be a potential language exchange friends.
Enter your search criteria, and you can narrow your search to members that match your preferences.
You can also search among all members without entering any criteria.
II. Search using “My language matches”
On the left side of your main page under “My languages matches” you can find members that are either studying your native language and who are native speakers of the language that you are studying.
III. Searching for friends through posted diary entries. Make friends by correcting someone’s entry.
At the main page, many diary entries that need correction are posted.
Everyone is encouraged to check out these entries and make corrections even if they do not know the author. Doing so you can easily increase the number of friends.
