母はもう「成田空港が修理させていれば、ジャラちゃんの日本人の友達にケアパッケージを送ってみます」と言います。「それまで郵便局は私達からのパッケージを届くことが出来ません。」
Mother already says, "When Narita Airport is fixed, let's sent care packages to your Japanese friends."
"Until then the post office can't deliver packages from us."
母も日本の事態を考えてなら、泣きます。「私達は何も出来ません。救済資金に寄付しました。それだけ――――」
My mother also cries when she thinks of the situation in Japan. "We can't do anything. We donated to the relief fund. That's it――――"
「あそこに行きたいです。行方不明者を見つけたいです。日本人に服や食をあげたいです。だけど私は救助隊、消防、警察ではありません。何も出来ません。」
"I want to go there. I want to search for missing people. I want to give clothes and food to the Japanese people. But I am not a rescue team, the fire department, the police. I can't do anything."
私達は皆さんの事態を考えています。私達は日本の無事を祈って続けます。
We are thinking about your situation. We will continue to pray for Japan's safety.

救助隊ですら立ち入るのに大変苦労しています。
ヘリコプターを使って空から少しずつ救助しているみたいです。

東京より南は無事なのですが、そちらから物資を運びたくても運ぶ方法がありません。

Southward in Japan do not have a serious damage and have a lot of foods or water.
but we do not have any expedient to transport them.
I live in just 100km away from Tokyo but only I can do now is donation and praying...
