11月19日に私とカイルは一緒にはじめてWarrior Dash【戦士ダッシュ】を実行する。
友達も実行するつもり～
On November 19, Kyle and I will participate in the Warrior Dash for the first time. Friends of ours also intend to participate~

Warrior Dashは、5キロの障害物コースのレースだ。
障害物は次のとおりだ：
湿地を通じてワタリ
タイヤで通じて走り
川で走り
倒木の上に渓谷の上で走り
ジャンクヤードを通して登山
丘を駆け上がり
森の中にロープのウェブを通じて走り
泥だらけの斜面を滑り落ちり
貨物のネットを乗り越える
干し草の俵を乗り越える
燃えるようなハードルを飛び越える
有刺鉄線の下に泥の中に潜り込む
Warrior Dash is a 5K obstacle course race.
The obstacles are as follows:
Wading through a swamp
Running through tires
Running down a river
Running over ravines on fallen trees
Climbing through a junkyard
Running up a hill
Running through rope webs in the woods
Sliding down a muddy slope
Climbing over cargo nets
Climbing over bales of hay
Jumping over flaming hurdles
Crawling in the mud under barbed wire

レースの終わりにライブな音楽とビールと食料がある。大きなパーティーだ。それに、多くの参加者がコスチュームを着る。（笑）私とカイルは、たぶんKISS Army【キッスアーミー】の兵士として行って来るかも。私のアイデアだったのに、カイルも興奮する☆
At the end of the race, there is live music, beer and food. It's a big party. On top of that, many participants wear costumes. LOL! Kyle and I will probably go as soldiers of the KISS Army. Even though it was my idea, Kyle is also excited☆

先週私はトレーニングに再開した。脊髄神経損傷の後、ちょっと難しかっただ。だから、歩行／走行のインターバルトレーニングとタエボーのトレーニングをしてる。
トレッドミルを使ってるので、インターバルトレーニングしながら映画を見る。
Last week I began training again. After my spinal nerve injury, it was a little difficult. Therefore, I've been doing walk/run interval training and Tae Bo training.
Because I am using a treadmill, I watch movies while I do interval training.

「ゴッドファーザー」（1972）を初めて見た。いい映画だよ★
「ディアボロス/悪魔の扉」（1997）も見た。
アル・パチーノは、両方の映画の出演者だった。
彼は顔ガ本当に変わった！！
I watched "The Godfather" (1972) for the first time. It's a good movie!
I also watched "The Devil's Advocate" (1997).
Al Pacino was cast in both movies.
His face really changed!


私は「ゴッドファーザー」を見ながら、「座頭市」も見たいだった。（笑）だけど、次の映画は「スカーフェイス」（1983）だ。もう一度アル・パチーノはこの映画の出演者だった。（笑）私はテーマがあるね！
While watching "The Godfather" I also wanted to watch "Zatoichi." LOL! However, the next movie will be "Scarface." Once again Al Pacino was cast in the movie. LOL. I have a theme, don't I!

私は金曜日初めて献血した。その後、ちょっとめまいがした。静脈が痛んだ。それは変じゃないのに、新しい経験だった。

I donated blood for the first time on Friday. After that, I was a little dizzy. My vein hurt. Even though that's not strange, it was a new experience.

カイルは、自動車事故された。彼のせいじゃなかった。

Kyle was in a car wreck. It wasn't his fault.

彼のトラックが破壊された。幸いなことに彼は大丈夫だ。

His truck was totaled. Luckily he is okay.

その前、私は脊髄神経を損傷していた。（゜＿゜；；）私は呪われたの？まあまあ、大丈夫よ。まだ生きてるよね！頑張ってるよ！ファイト、ファイト！！！！（゜∀゜）

Before that, I had a spinal nerve injury. （゜＿゜；；） Am I cursed? Well anyhow, it's okay. I'm still alive, aren't I? I'm hanging in there! Fight, fight!!!!（゜∀゜）

久しぶりだね。皆、元気？
It's been a long time, hasn't it? How is everyone?

私は脊髄神経損傷していた。C8の神経だった。私は右腕を動かすことが出来なかった。私の腕は感覚を失った。
I had a spinal cord injury. It was the C8 nerve. I couldn't move my right arm. It was numb.

その前、チーム・タエボーは特別のマスタークラスを教えた。日本のために募金活動だった。
Before that, Team Tae Bo taught a special Master Class. It was a fundraiser for Japan.

さらに、Tシャツを売った。
Moreover, they also sold t-shirts.

チーム・タエボーは$25,000ぐらいを調達していた。チーム・タエボー・ヒューストンは、ビリー隊長とシェリー先生の後に多くの資金を調達した。私のチームだ。
Team Tae Bo raised about $25,000. Team Tae Bo Houston raised the most money after Master Billy and Shellie-sensei. That's my team.

1月10日から、1週間に4回タエボーのクラスを教えてる。それに、来週から金曜日ヨガのクラスを教えてる。
Since January 10th, I now teach Tae Bo classes 4 times a week. What's more, from next week I will teach yoga class on Friday.

保険会社の常勤や1週間に5フィットネスのクラスや自分のトレーニングや彼氏や友達や家族や公認試験の勉強等等・　・　・
Full time employment at the insurance office, 5 fitness classes a week, my own training, my boyfriend, my friends, my family, study for my certification exams, etc. . .

取りあえず、JLPTを受けることと日本に行くことも、未だ未だよね。（゜∧゜）～ （でもいつかぁ――――！！！！）
だけど、私は頑張って続けるよ！！！！
Taking the JLPT and going to Japan are pretty much out of the question for now. （゜∧゜）～ (But somedaaaaayyyy---!!!!!!)
However, I will keep it up!!!!!!

Guests can cosplay at Ren Fest. This year, a lot of people are dressing as "The Pirates of the Caribbean"'s Jack Sparrow. LOL.

10月23～24日は、「Pirate Adventure」【海賊アドベンチャー】の週末だった。カイルは海賊が大好きだから、私達はレンフェストに行って来た。カイルは、は海賊の衣装を着た。私は、私のベリーダンスの衣装を着た。
お祭りで色んな人達は、「へ――見てこれ、ネオ・ザ・バッカニアだ！！！」と言ってた。カイルは、サングラスをかけて、長い黒いトレンチコートを着たので、人々は彼を「マトリックス」のネオと呼んだ。（爆）
10/23~24 was "Pirate Adventure" weekend. Because Kyle loves pirates, we went to Ren Fest. Kyle dressed as a pirate. I wore my bellydance costume. At the festival various people said, "Heeeh---look at this, NEO THE BUCCANEER!!!" Kyle was wearing sunglasses and a long black trenchcoat, so everybody called him "The Matrix"'s Neo. LOL!!!

カイルは、自らを「キャプテン・ロス」と呼んだ。カイルの氏名は、Kyle Ross Lezonだから。
Kyle called himself "Captain Ross." It's because his full name is "Kyle Ross Lezon."

人々は、私のベリーダンスのアンサンブルが大好きだった。それに、男達は、私に一目ぼれしていた（@＿@）！
Everyone loved my bellydance ensemble. More than that, the men fell in love with me at first sight!（@＿@）！

「カイル助けてぇ――――！！！！」と思ってた。カイルは、「俺はインド諸島に航海して、彼女を盗んだ。ジャラは、俺の宝だぞ。」と言ってた。（〇゜∨゜〇）～
"Save me, Kyle~!!!!!" I thought. Kyle said, "I sailed to the Indies and stole her. Jala is my treasure."（〇゜∨゜〇）～

お祭りの後、私とカイルも一緒にカイルのトラックの近くでに立っていた。レンフェストは、森にあるので、森にいた。そよ風が吹いて、そして私達は月を見つめた。カイルは私に詩と暗唱した。Alfred Noyesの「The Highwayman」だった。このバラードは彼の気に入りだ。

After the festival, we stood near Kyle's truck. Ren Fest is in a forest, so we were in the forest. A gentle breeze blew, and we gazed up at the moon. Kyle recited a poem from memory. It was Alfred Noyes' "The Highwayman." This ballad is his favorite.

彼は泣き始めた。私を抱きしめた。「君が大好き…本当に大好き」と言ってた。
He started to cry. He held me close. "I love you SO MUCH" he said.


そう…私もカイルが大好き。
That's right...I also love Kyle.



ハロウィーンにも、レンフェストに行って来た。その時、私の日本人の友達のためたくさん写真を撮った。（35mmのカメラを使ったので、後でもっと写真を見せるつもり）
We also went to Ren Fest on Halloween. That time, I took many photos for my Japanese friends. (Because I used a 35mm camera, I intend to show more photos later)

At Ren Fest, customers can get married. Therefore, there are beautiful chapels and water gardens. I took photos of these kinds of things. I told Kyle, "In Japan, they don't have these sorts of things."

突然にカイルは、「僕達は、ここで結婚したらどうだ？」と言ってた！
Suddenly he said, "We should get married here!"

びっくりした。私は結婚式をしたくない。私は自分自身を祝うためにしたくない。私のと恋人の家族と友達を祝うためにしたい。「楽しんで、大きいビーチパーティを開く」と思ってた。
I was surprised. I don't want a wedding ceremony. I don't want to celebrate myself. I want to celebrate my and my lover's friends and family. "I'll have a fun, huge beach party" I thought.

瞬間の後、私は「ウェディングドレスを着用しなければならなれば、インドからのウェディングドレスを持っている必要があるよ」と返事した。直ぐにカイルは「もちろん！」と言ってた。
After a moment I said, "If I have to wear a wedding dress, I must have an Indian wedding dress." Immediately Kyle said, "Of course!"

私は、ワンピースが大嫌い。かかわらずに、インドからのウェディングドレスが大好き。私のスタイルだから。
I don't like dresses. Despite this, I love wedding dresses from India because they're my style.

私達は、宇宙服のギャラリーやSpace Vehicle Mockup Facility［SVMF］【宇宙機のモックアップの施設】やミッションコントロールに行った。宇宙服は、本物だった。一服のブーツにはムーンダストがあった。本当に面白かった。SVMFは私の気に入り所だった。モックアップのすべてのが、等身大だったから。アメリカのと、ロシアの両方の宇宙機のモックアップがあった。International Space Station ［ISS］【国際宇宙ステーション】とムーンバギーもあった。

We went to the Spacesuit Gallery, Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SMVF), and Mission Control. The spacesuits were the genuine articles. One of the suit's boots had moon dust on it. It was really interesting. The SVMF was my favorite. All of the mockups were life-sized. There were mockups for both American and Russian craft. The International Space Station (ISS) and moon buggy were also there.

ミッションコントロールのツアーはすごく楽しかった。全部のミッションは、ミッションバッジがある。成功のミッションのバッジは、左側の壁に掛けられている。失敗したミッションのバッジが右側の壁に掛けられている。これは、ミッション
コントロールの仕事は非常に重要であることと思い出させる。ああ、そうそう、私達はSaturn V【サターン5】のロケットも見た。スゴイィ～～～～！！！！
The tour of Mission Control was very fun. All of the missions have mission badges. The badges of successful missions are hung on the left wall. The badges of unsuccessful missions are hung on the right wall. These are to remind us that Mission Control's job is very important. Oh, yeah, that's right, we also saw the Saturn V rocket. COOOOOOOOL!!!!!!

理由が分からないのに、LEGOの城がSpace Center Houstonの中にある。

姉ちゃんの家は古いです。～1900の時代の建物です。ペンシルベニア州には、家には地下室があります。姉ちゃんの地下室には、洗濯板と洗面器を見つけました。（笑）でも、姉ちゃんの家は丘の上にあります。毎晩姉ちゃんと義兄一緒にパティオに晩ご飯を食べます。あそこから、町全体を見ることが出来ます。姉ちゃんは、「トーマス・キンケイドの絵みたい」と書いていました。いいんですよね

3月25-28日に、私はタエボーの公認ブートキャンプに出席します。合格しました。だから、今私はタエボートレーナーです。でもね、私はまだ学ぶべきことがいっぱいあります。今のところ、グループのフィットネスインストラクター【GFI】の公認試験のために勉強しなくちゃいけません。自習です。3ヶ月ぐらいのレッスンプランがあります。科目は教育や解剖学や運動学や栄養等等―――
I attended Tae Bo certification boot camp on March 25-28. I passed. Therefore, now I'm a Tae Bo trainer. But you know, I still have many things to learn. These days, I need to study for the group fitness instructor [GFI] certification exam. It's self-study. There are lesson plans for about 3 months. The subjects are teaching, anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition, etc etc----

最近、多くの大変なことが起こりましたので、たいてい病院に行って来ます。パパやいとこやおばあちゃんや私の絵の買手パムや私の親友リナのお母さん―――――

Well anyway----this is a journal about boot camp right!!! From here, it'll be about boot camp. Sorry~

私はヒューストンに住んでいます。3月25日、飛行機でナッシュビルに行きました。空港で、ジョイスとチャーリーに会いました。ジョイスとチャーリーは、フロリダに住んでいる夫婦です。車でナッシュビルに来ました。私はジョイスとチャーリーの娘さんに似ているので、彼らは自分の娘さんのように私に行儀しました。私に迎えに来ました。
I live in Houston. On March 25, I went to Nashville via airplane. At the airport, I met Joyce and Charlie. Joyce and Charlie are a married couple that live in Florida. They came to Nashville by car. Because I resemble their daughter, they behaved as though I was their daughter. They came to pick me up.

その晩、レストランで他のキャンプに出席した人と晩ご飯を食べました。シェリー先生と先生の家族も来ました。
That evening, we ate dinner with other people participating in the camp at a restaurant. Shellie先生 and her family also came.

3月26日、フランクリンアスレチックセンター【FAC】に行きました。そこがシェリー先生の勤めているのジムです。最初のレッスンはシェリー先生のクラスでした。毎日、そのように始まりました。シェリー先生のクラスは・　・　・筆舌に尽くし難いです。（爆）
On March 26th, we went to Franklin Athletic Center [FAC]. That's the gym where Shellie先生 works. The first lesson was Shellie先生's class. Every day started this way. Shellie先生's class . . . is indescribable. *LOL!*

その時に、私は91～103%で最大心拍数で運動していました。普通の人は、50～60%で運動して、そしてアスリートは75～90%で運動します。（笑）
At that time, I was working out at 91~103% of my maximum heart rate. Normal people work out at 50~60%, and athletes at 75~90%. *laugh*

クラスの後はドリルでした。毎日、一日間に2回ドリルセッションをしました。毎セッションは2～3時間ぐらいでした。ドリルセッションは、パンチとキックの練習でした。シェリー先生は教えてくれました。その後、私達は一つずつにクラスを教えました。その後、シェリー先生はそれぞれのパンチとキックの番と呼びました。
After class was drilling. Every day, 2 times a day we did drill sessions. Every session was 2~3 hours. Drill sessions were practicing punches and kicks. Shellie先生 would teach. After that, one by one we had to teach class. After that, Shellie先生 would call out every punch and kick's number.

例えば、「1、3回、2、全部前方行って！　リバース！　6、7、前方行って！」と言いました。私達は、そのコンビネーションをしなくちゃいけませんでした。
For example, "Triple 1, 2, all traveling forward! Reverse! 6,7, traveling forward!" she'd say. We would have to do that combination.

ボクシングのグローブとハンドラップを使っていました。
We used boxing gloves and hand wraps.

3月26日に、ドリルの後はレクチャーでした。3月27日の朝、クラス前に筆記試験を受けました。3月28日、全部の後は実技試験でした。皆さんはすごくナーバスでした。
On March 26, after drilling was a lecture. On the morning of March 27th, before class we took a written exam. On March 28th, after everything was the practical exam. Everyone was very nervous.

・　・　・だけど、私は平気でした。自信のありました。「私は出来ることをする。それだけ。」と思いました。「禅の心」かな（笑）
. . .But, I was calm. I had self-confidence. "I will do what I can do. That's all." I thought. "Zen mind" huh *laugh*

キャンプは素敵な経験でした。だから、7月のキャンプもトレーナーとして出席したいです。
Camp was a splendid experience. Therefore, I want to attend July camp as a trainer.

先週に、ビリー先生はLAに行って、メラニー先生のクラスを教えていました。メラニー先生もう知りました。だけど、彼女の学生はそれを知りませんでした。だから、すごくびっくりしましたよ――――（爆）
Last week, Billy went to LA and taught Melanie's class. Melanie already knew. However, her students didn't know. Therefore, they were really surprised-----!!! LOL.

これに考えて下さい：
あなたはタエボーが大好きな人です。DVDをして、タエボーのクラスを受けています。ビリー先生に出会いたいのに、全然チャンスがありません。
Think about this:
You are a person who loves Tae Bo. You do the DVDs and take Tae Bo classes. Even though you want to meet Billy, you never have the chance.

. . .However. . .

ある日、何時もの通りにジムに行って、突然にビリー先生を見つけています。
「へ―――――！！！！！！（〇。〇；；；）」って―――――
One day, like always you go to the gym, and suddenly see Billy.
"WHA-----?!?!?!?!?! （〇。〇；；；）" you say--------

そして、メラニー先生はあなたのそばに行きます。
And, Melanie goes to your side.

ビリー先生は、音楽を使って、部屋の前に行っています。
Billy puts the music on and moves to the front of the room.

そして・　・　・メラニー先生と、クラスメートと、運動しています。
And. . .with Melanie, with your classmates, you work out.

メラニー先生は、「グージョブ！でもビリー先生のキックを見ながら、ショックになった！」と言っていました。
Melanie said, "Good job! But when they saw Billy's kicks, they were shocked!"

ビリー先生は、カニカ先生のジムにも行きました。（笑）両度Fu先生も行きました。
Billy also went to Kanika's gym. *laugh* Both times Fu-sensei also went.

ビリー先生は、どこにでもいると思いますよ――――

Anyway, 日本大道【a Japanese grocery store】is out of Pocari Sweat, so Fusako先生 is bringing some to camp for me.（^。^）

ひろ先生は、リーグシティに住んでいる。リーグシティは、ヒューストンの隣町だ。たぶん、キャンプの後、私はひろ先生のクラスを受ける。また、ひろ先生はテコンドーの先生だ。
Hiro先生 lives in League City. League City is a neighboring city of Houston. Probably after camp I will take Hiro先生's class. And also, Hiro先生 is a Tae Kwon Do teacher.

私はテコンドーも興味がある・　・　・タエボーは、「テコンドー」【TAE】と「ボクシング」【BO】だから。
I am interested in Tae Kwon Do too because Tae Bo is "Tae Kwon Do" 【TAE】and "Boxing"【BO】.

先生の皆は、私のことに高い期待がある。私の新しいチャレンジは、期待を上回ることだ。トレーナーになりたいんだから。
The instructors have high expectations of me. My new challenge is to surpass their expectations because I want to become a trainer.

My patron Pam bought my plane ticket in exchange for the flamingo painting.

それに、タイボーのオンラインコミュニティでは、一年以上ユリーカと話しています。ユリーカは、2009年7月にタイボートレーナーになりました。
On top of that, for more than a year I have spoken to Eureka on the Tae Bo online community. She became a Tae Bo trainer in July 2009.

今度ユリーカはトレーナーとして3月のキャンプも出席します。理由分からないんだけど、ユリーカは私が本当に好きです。なので、アドバイスをくっています。
This time Eureka is attending the March camp as a trainer. I don't understand why, but Eureka really likes me. Because of that, she's giving me advice.

ユリーカは他のヒューストンに住んでいる友達がいます。ジョーさんもタイボートレーナーです。ユリーカは私がジョーさんのクラスを受けるため、情報収集しています。
Eureka has another friend that lives in Houston. Mr. Joe is a Tae Bo trainer. Eureka is gathering information for the sake of my taking Mr. Joe's class.

ユリーカは、私のルームメイトもなりたがります。そしてミニバンを持っています。
She also wants to become my roommate. And she has a minivan.
