I wrote about my love to PIZZICATO FIVE before.

Nomiya Maki who was the vocalist of PIZZICATO FIVE will go to Taiwan.
She will have a live concert there.
She said she would sing sincerely for Taiwan what gave us huge donation when the last earthquake hit Japan.

Is your second correction, "what" that I wrote, a grammatical mistake?
Or is it better to make it personification?

It must be "who"

the only words you can use to link a noun and verb this way are "who" "that" or "which"

Since you are referring to Taiwan as a country that donated money, it must be "who"

  • I hope her songs make the Taiwanese people happy! This is the most casual way to say it. __________ More formal = It would please me very much if her songs make the Taiwanese people happy. _________ Very formal = It would bring me great pleasure if her songs make the Taiwanese people happy.

 
Usually people say the phrase, "it's my pleasure" when they personally do/did something for someone else. So it's commonly used as a response to thank you. But the way you used "it's my pleasure" is usually used like this:

(a man speaking to a woman)
Ex: It would be my pleasure to accompany you to the ball. (before it happens)
Ex: It's my pleasure to be accompanying you to the ball. (during the ball)

I say it's old fashioned, but I mean that it's used by British people (mostly of high class, like royalty) and not used by Americans. Generally speaking, American English is like "new English" and British English is like "old English".

Americans use "it was my pleasure" as a very polite response to "thank you", but they rarely use it the other way.
