My four-year-old daughter suddenly asked me.
"What does digest mean, Mom?"
I was afraid it was so difficult that she couldn't understand but I tried to explain it.
"It means crumpling what you ate or drank into small pieces in your tummy."
Then she looked at her abdomen for a while.
Did she get it?
She said, "I help my tummy," massaging her stomach.
