I introduced some Japanese sweets.
生麩餅 from Kyoto is one of my favourites.
I bought them at Kyoto Station for my parents and my sister’s family.
生麩餅 makes from gluten and including red bean paste.
生麩餅is wrapped with a bamboo leaf.
Next, about Baumkuchen
My sister brought a Baumkuhen. I heard from her that it seems like a famous one.
I didn’t know about it and of course, I ate it for the first time.
It was covered over frosting and soft like sponge cakes.
It was delicious!
If you come to Kansai-area, please try them.

生麩餅 looks like a Malay snack we have in Singapore. We call it Kueh Tu Tu. It is made of rice flour and coconut. It is steamed together with Pandan leaves.

How do you pronounce the "Kueh Tu Tu" ?haha

I have to work a long shift tomorrow, so time to go to bed.
See you!

こんばんは。
そのバームクーヘンは、たぶん阪神百貨店で行列が出来ているバームクーヘン?
いつも並んでいるので、買いそびれています(笑)
keikoさんは、スイーツがお好きなんですね^^
私はアイスかチョコレートぐらいしか食べないので、スイーツ音痴なんです。(^-^;

妹に、大阪の百貨店にも入ってるよ、って教えてもらいました。
