It is nice that saying no when we need it.

When people say "no", I sometimes relief. I heard that in Japan, we had been having value about cooperativeness, people didn't say their real feelings.　However, I think that recently it has changed that adults tell the children "let's say no".

I also didn't use to say no in my past, I have been practicing about it and so can be a nice adult since nine years ago. So I am happy when I see people are doing it in their life.
人々がNoを伝えて居る時、私は安心することがあります。日本では過去から「和(協調性）」を大切にされるあまり、人々は時々、本当は自分の気持ちとは違うのに「No」を言うことが出来なかったと聞いています。しかし昨今、大人は子ども達に「Noを言いましょう！」と伝えるようになっていると思います。

私もこれまで「No」を言わない生き方をしてきたので、９年前からそれが言える大人になるよう練習しています。
