When people say "no", I sometimes relief. I heard that in Japan, we had been having value about cooperativeness, people didn't say their real feelings. However, I think that recently it has changed that adults tell the children "let's say no".
I also didn't use to say no in my past, I have been practicing about it and so can be a nice adult since nine years ago. So I am happy when I see people are doing it in their life.

It is nice that we are saying no when we need it.
When people say "no", I sometimes feel relief.
I heard that in Japan, we had been having values about cooperativeness, and people didn't say their real feelings.
However, I think that recently it has changed so that adults tell the children "let's say no".
I also didn't used to say no in my the past, but I have been practicing about it and so can be a nice adult since nine years ago.

It is nice to say no when we need to.
When people say "no", I sometimes feel relieved.
I heard that in Japan, we had been having value about cooperativeness, people didn't say how they really felt. / I heard that in Japan, people have been saying 'yes' when they really want to say 'no.'
I'm not sure what you mean by this sentence, so I've added in a sentence saying what I think you mean.
However, I think that it has changed recently because adults tell the children, "let's say no."
'I think that recently it has changed' is correct, but 'I think that it has changed recently' sounds a bit more natural.
I also never used to say no in my past, but I have been practicing doing it so I can be a nicer adult than I was nine years ago.
So, I am happy when I see people are doing it in their life.
