私と辞書はこれをよく日本語訳できませんが、例文頑張ります＾０＾；
My dictionary and I had quite a time translating these words into Japanese, but I did what I could with the example sentences ^0^;
生産的
productive
彼らはすごく生産的でした。3つの販売を行いました。
They were very productive. They made three sales.
非生産的
unproductive
彼らはちょっと非生産的でした。何も販売を行いましたませんでした。
They were pretty unproductive. They didn't make any sales.
カウンタ生産的
counter-productive
彼らはすごくカウンタ生産的でした。３つのグーズを壊れました。
They were extremely counter-productive. They broke three pieces of merchandise.
辞書は「カウンタ生産的」や「非生産的」が同じと書いてあったけど、実はそうじゃないと思う．．．
The dictionary said that "counter-productive" and "unproductive" mean the same thing, but I don't think that's actually the case...

辞書には「カウンター生産的」と「非生産的」は同じと書いてあったけど、実はそうじゃないと思う．．．
私は辞書を使っても、次の言葉を日本語に訳すのにとても時間がかかりましたが、頑張って例文を作ってみました＾０＾；
（商品を）3つの販売しました。
彼らは非常に非生産的（効率がよくありません）でした。
何も販売できませんでした。
カウンタ生産的 → 「逆効果となる」
彼らの行ったことは極めて逆効果でした。
彼らは３つの商品を壊しました。
英和辞書には「counter-productive」と「unproductive」の意味が日本語では同じだと書いてあったけど、実はそうじゃないと思う．．．
3つの販売を行いました。/ ３つ販売しました。
何も販売を行いましたませんでした。/ 何も販売できませんでした。
非生産的/逆効果な
彼らはすごく非生産的でした。/ 彼らはとても逆効果でした。
３つ商品を壊しました。

I also don't think that they mean the same thing.
unproductive = 何もつくりださない、何もうみださない、効果なし
counter-productive = 邪魔が入ってものごとが先に進まない、じゃま
生産的•非生産的•カウンタ（反？）生産的
As HideChan wrote, it could be translated into "逆効果". If I translated "counter-productive" into Japanese, I would make the new word "反生産的", because "counter" is "反".
productive=生産的な （生産的だ）
unproductive=非生産的な (非生産的だ）
counter-productive=逆効果の (逆効果だ）
