先週私は新しい生徒と会いました。
I met a new student last week.
彼は大学生で、来月自分の古里に行ってみます！
He's a college student and he's going to my hometown next month!
大学生の春休みは２月から始めて、２ヶ月があるの？T０T初めて聞いた。羨ましい〜
So college students get 2 months of spring break, starting in February? T0T Didn't know that. Sooo jealous.
昨日他のそこに３ヶ月に住んでいた生徒から彼のため勧告をいただきました！
Yesterday I ask for recommendations for him from a different student who lived there for three months!
彼女は私が考えたことないことをよく知っていました＾０＾例えば、日本のスーパーはどこにあるとか、英語の学校は他の国の人がいるから友達を作ることは日本人しか遊ぶ事よりよかったとか、色々な教えました！
She knew things that had never occurred to me before ^0^ Like where the Japanese supermarkets are, how there are people from all over the world at the English schools so he shouldn't only hang out with other Japanese people, and a whole variety of things!
あと３時間に留学生とレッスンがあります！＾０＾生徒から習ったことを教えたい！
My lesson with him is in three hours! ^0^ I can't wait to tell him what I've learned!

留学生のためのアドバイス 勧告 is usually made by the government.
彼は大学生で、来月私の生まれた町に行きます！ 古里 is rather poetic in this context.

昨日、そこに３ヶ月に住んでいた別の生徒から彼のためにアドバイスをもらいました！いただきました is a polite way of writing, but it sounds too polite for your student. I guess she's younger than you.
彼女は私が考えたことなかったことをよく知っていました＾０＾例えば、日本のスーパーはどこにあるかとか、英語の学校は世界中の色んな国から来た人がいるから、そこで友達を作ることは日本人とだけ遊ぶよりよかったとか、色々なことを教えてくれました！
あと３時間したら、その学生とのレッスンがあります！ The student is still in Japan so he's not 留学生 at this moment.

彼は大学生で、来月私のの古里（or 故郷）に行く予定です！（「自分の古里」という表現であると、彼（大学生）の古里と誤解される可能性があります。）
