Japanese women's team pursuit got silver medals

The women's team pursuit program event was held today.
今日女子団体パシュートが開催された。

Japanese team beat the Polish team, and advanced the final.
日本チームは準決勝でポーランドチームに勝って決勝に進んだ。

They raced to the German team in the final. If they won, they got a gold medal.
決勝はドイツチームと戦った。勝てば金メダルである。

They won with a lead of about one second on the way.
途中まで約1秒の差をつけて勝っていた。

But, they turned face at last lap, and lost.
でも、最後の一週で逆転され負けてしまった。

It was really regrettable.
本当に惜しかった。

But, I'm glad they got silver medals.
でも、銀メダルを取れて良かった。
