End of February was our company's close.
２月末はうちの会社の期末である。

Therefore, I renewed a fiscal software
そこで、会計ソフトの期末更新を行おうと思った。

But, the software stopped with an error when I started.
ソフトを起動したらエラーで止まってしまった。

Then I called to a support center, and I was taught how to escape from an error.
それから、サポートセンターに電話して、エラー回避方法を教えてもらった。

At last, I could renew the software.
やっと、ソフトの更新が出来た。

I thanked a operator for good support.
良いサポートをしてくれたオペレーターに感謝したい。
