Pulled out my back tooth

I had a pain in my tooth since last week.
先週から歯が痛くなった。
Therefore, I reserved a nearby dental office.
そこで、近くの歯医者を予約した。
I went to the dental office and checked my tooth yesterday.
昨日、歯医者に行って診てもらった。
A dentist checked my tooth and said "Your back tooth was bad. You should pull out your tooth."
歯医者は歯を診て、奥歯が悪いので抜いた方がいい、と言った。
I worried about to pull out my tooth, and I decided to pull out it.
抜くかどうか悩んだけど、抜くことにした。
To pull out it was easy, and I didn't feel a pain because anesthesia.
抜くのは簡単だった。麻酔をしたので痛みもなかった。

Therefore, I made an appointment at a nearby dental office.
I went to the dental office and had my tooth checked yesterday.
A dentist checked my tooth and said "Your back tooth looks bad.
You should get it pulled out" (Saying 'You should pull your tooth out' implies that you would be doing it yourself)
I worried about to pull out my tooth, but I decided to pull out it anyway.
Getting it pulled was easy, and I didn't feel any pain because of the anesthesia.

I understand 'You should pull your tooth out' mean "自分で自分の歯を抜く"

私は、4本のうち1本だけ数年前に抜きましたが、そりゃあ大変でした(＠_＠;)
後、3本がいつか悪さするんじゃないかと、恐怖です。(>_<)
親知らずは数年前に抜きました。
今回は７番と呼ばれる奥歯です。
ホント、歯は命だと思いました。
