Implant treatment

I had my back tooth pulled out at a nearby dentist the day before yesterday.
一昨日、近くの歯医者で奥歯の抜歯をおこなった。
I went to the dentist, and I talked him about treatment in the future yesterday.
昨日、歯科に行った時に、今後の治療について先生と話をした。
He said that the best treatment was implant treatment.
一番いい治療はインプラント治療であるということである。
But, implant treatment was not effective in medical insurance, and it was expensive.
でも、インプラント治療は保険が効かず、高額になるということである。
However, my tooth is very important, so I want to treat implant treatment.
しかし、歯は大切だから、インプラント治療をしようと思っている。
