The Academy Awards is announced today.
今日は、アカデミー賞の発表があった。
The Heart locker wins Best Picture.
作品賞は、ハート･ロッカー獲得した。
The story of The Heart locker is disposing of bombs in Baghdad.
ハート･ロッカーは、バクダットでの爆弾処理の話である。
I think that Avatar wins Best Picture, but The Heart locker seems to more popular in the US.
ぼくはアバターが作品賞を取ると思ったけど、ハート･ロッカーの方がアメリカでは人気があったようだ。
It released since March 6th in Japan, I don't see it yet.
日本での公開が3月6日からで、ぼくはまだ見ていない。
I'm looking forward to see it.
見るのを楽しみにしている。

However, Avatar was definitely much, much more popular with the American public than the Hurt Locker. But we don't get to vote :)
The Hurt Locker was great. I saw it in theaters when it came out last summer. It's a great thriller (it's not realistic because it's fiction). Actually, The Hurt Locker is not that popular in the US because not many people went to go see it. People don't want to watch movies about the Iraq War because of the controversy but this movie was good because it avoided discussing politics.
Avatar was ok but The Hurt Locker is so much better. I think that is why it won.

投票に影響されるみたいですね。
I saw both and Avatar was a thousand times better.
Some soldiers say The Hurt Locker is not realistic.
