March is the end of a year in Japan.
日本では３月が期末である。
A graduation ceremony is held in school,and there is transfer at a company.
学校では卒業式がおこなわれ、会社では移動がある。
And, March is the season of a general meeting, too.
また、３月は総会のシーズンでもある。
I have to attend some general meeting until the end of March.
ぼくも３月末までにいくつかの総会に出席しなくてはいけない。
The problem of the general meeting is to decide a new year's offers.
総会で問題なのは、次年度の役員を決めることである。
If it is possible, nobody think not to get a new year's offer.
