“Why do I have to be transferred?” Although I was thinking about the reason on the way to the meeting in Fukushima, I know there is not any certain reasons for transfer for business.

Eight hours in Shinkansen, however, gave me a head-time enough. I don’t have spare time to get worried about. I’m not familiar with a new job which I’m offered in the next office, so there are many things I have to do before my move.

On the train I thought, “I know the destination of this business trip. I will be able to know the destination of my new travel someday.” End

Thank you for reading my entries.

I am hectic to find a new apartment, register my new address, do packing, and deal with a lot of miscellaneous things. From now I’m going to a bank to make a new bank account. Sorry I cannot check the lang-8 for a while.

Ciao.

That sounds unfortunate. However, it does remind of me of a show I watch. It is on 秘密のケンミンSHOW and is called 辞令は突然に…. Do you know it?

  • “Why do I have to be transferred?” Although I was thinking about the reason on the way to the meeting in Fukushima, I know there weren't any specific reasons for my being transferred. (I admit the phrase "my being transferred" sounds strange, but it's actually natural in conversation.)

  • I amIt is hectic trying to find a new apartment, registering my new address, do packing, and dealing with a lot of miscellaneous things.(In English, there is something called grammatical rule called 'parallel structure' in which if you start listing things with a noun or adverb you want it to conform with every other object which is listed. In the case of your sentence, if you start off with 'trying', then everything else should end with an '-ing' so that it is parallel. That is why I changed everything else into 'register-ing', 'packing', and 'dealing'. I hope that makes sense.)
