the last film that i have seen is I Heart Huckabees in tv.
and i must say that suggests, it made me think more:
it's a mixture of fantasy mixed with reality, cynicism mixed with
comedy and I think that the method of closing your eyes and
isolate itself from all the rest, functions!(sometimes).

If you didn't like Hell boy 1 then you will hate Hell boy 2! ^^
To be honest the story isn't that great, but I think the director is brilliant.

If the story is lame then I won't bother seeing it...
But you said the director is brilliant so it makes me curious.
In a scale of 1-10, 1 being the highest, how would you rate it overall?
Del Toro is also the director of Pan's Labyrinth right?
I haven't seen that film yet but somebody told me that it's a good one so I might check it out if I have got time. ^^

I've watched "27 dresses" starring Katherine Heigl.
It's not just a story about the girl who dreams of marriage.
Instead, it's an interesting story of wedding business and the girl
who served as friend's bridesmaid many times and finally got a chance.

I recommend this movie to everybody who have thought about marriage
at least once.

I highly recommend to the people like Paris or the people like the culture gap between France and US.

I liked the original movie "Infernal Affairs" way better than the American remake The Departed. It is soooo much better that the Departed. I wish America didn't remake so many foreign movies and just show the originals instead in theaters.

Yesterday, I watched the British movie "Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging."
I read the books and the movie was good too. So cute. I do hope they make sequels.

I also watched the Korean movie "좋은 놈, 나쁜 놈, 이상한 놈/The Good, the Bad, the Weird." I enjoyed it a lot. Any movie with 송강호/Song Kang-ho in it is always good. I'm a big fan of his.

Yesterday I watched 'NOEL'. It's a bit an old movie (made in 2004) but it was a really good movie. I loved how NY is in Christmas time, so it was just fun enough for me to be watching all the lights and trees. But the story was good as well, very heart-warming and touching. I love Penelope-Cruz, she is one of the sexiest actresses in the world.

This movie is sometimes compared to Love Actually but these two movies ate totally different. Love Actually is a very sweet and loving, cute movie, and this one is more like a bitter-sweet and warm and mature story.

If you're interested, I would recommend you to see it before Christmas! Oh and watch it by yourself in midnight with a cup of cocoa ;)

Yesterday I watched the movie "The Breakfast Club". It's an older movie but I still think it's a good representation of American teenagers today. It's very thought-provoking, funny, and deep. I really enjoyed it!

I watched 'The last king of Scotland'(2007). "King" is about Uganda's dictator Idi Amin Dada Oumee(1925-2003). This film is based on the novel written by Amin's personal Scottish doctor. It was interesting to see Amin change to dictator.

Actually, it doesn't have great satisfactory action and humor. It's a little complex because human relations and human problem got entangled. Lol
