I'm thinking of trying to memorize 30 words of English every day. In order to fix the memorized word, I would like to practice.
*** Practice by making a sentence using the word.
I started this method since 6/25. I ended 85%. I can see my goal.
If the grammar or the nuances in my writing are incorrect, then please correct them.

Her behavior gave rise to a fight.
This sentence sounds a bit unnatural. It is better to say it the way I wrote it.
She sighed out of sadness.
He blew up the house.
It is better to say "He blew up the house" because the emphasis is made on the person who committed the action, the word "explode" is more appropriate to use when you want point out the thing that has exploded, for example you can rewrite the sentence above like this:
"The house exploded due to his actions"
There is a lot of ash by the mountain.
In this case ash is written in singular form.
I only expressed my opinion, the sentence is totally fine from the standpoint of grammar, it's just whenever I read the sentence in my head it comes out sounding unnatural, but if it is not pardon me =)
I was joking about your having repeated your opinion. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing about how natural something sounds; it happens all the time. I expressed my agreement with Louis-san just to give Yasu-san more information.
There was a widespread tornado.
This doesn't really make sense, it would be better to say:
The tornado affected a large area.
The destruction was widespread.
(Widespread is usually one thing that occurs in many places, whereas a tornado is one thing that moves from place to place, I hope this makes sense.
She sighed out of sadness.
UFO is uncertain.
This doesn't make sense either in my opinion.
Are you trying to say that UFO's do not exist? Or that UFO's are hard to identify?
He exploded the house. The house exploded.
Explode is an intransitive verb.
He destroyed the house / He blew up the house.
There are is much ashes by the mountain.
How does this work for you? Do you find it difficult? I would like to try something similar for Japanese words or Kanji
I think it is too difficult for me to keep it every day ^^;
I started this method on 6/25. [Alternative: I have used this method since 6/25.]
"Since" refers to the time period between the time or date that follows it and the present moment. You started using the method on a particular day, and you have been using it ever since. Note that "started" is an action completed in the past, because there is only a single moment when you start doing something. It is correct to use the simple past tense with this. With the word "since", you will usually use the present perfect tense "have + [past participle]", because that tense indicates action that started in the past and continues up to the present moment. What continued here is your using the method, not your starting to use the method.
I ended up memorizing at 85% of that rate. [Alternative: I ended up memorizing 85% of that number of words (on the average).]
There was a widespread tornado. [Alternative: There was a tornado which extended over a wide area.]
Your sentence is correct but unnatural. "Widespread" is usually used for a condition or action which occurs repeatedly in many places, not for a single condition or action which affects a large area.
I caught sight of my friend from (my) junior high school.
The word "my" is unnecessary here.
He was sentenced to pay a fine.
She sighed/sighs out of sadness. [Alternative: She sighed sadly.]
It is uncertain whether UFOs exist.
He caused the house to explode.
There are many ashes near(?) the mountain. [Alternative: There is a lot of ash in the air near the mountain.]
Did you mean in the area close to the mountain, or on the mountain itself? Did you mean in the air or on the ground?
With a count noun, use "many" instead of "much". "Ash" can also be used as a non-count noun.
In order to fix the memorized words, I would like to practice.
***I will practice by making a sentence using the word.
There are much many ashes by the mountain.
I'll try it too.
"Vocabulary" is a group noun. With no modifier, it usually means the group of all words you know in a particular language. It cannot be used to refer to a single word. You can say "English vocabulary words", or just "English vocabulary".
