How people usually say this meaning.
Hey, there.
Finally, I have been staying in the Philippines for 6 months. When I arrived here, I really couldn't speak English. But now, I am a little confident about doing it.
Anyway, I have a question. Today, my teacher who is a Japanese and I talked about how we usually say only one sentence as the meaning of "I rent something and paid for the rent $5 by the hour.".
Are the following sentences correct? Or do you have other way to say about it?
1. I rent something by $100 per hour.
2. I rent something by the hour with $100.
3. I rent something by the hour paying $100.
Thank you for reading.

I rent something by the hour at $100. [Not a natural way of saying this for me.]
I rent something by the hour paying $100. [No, this is confusing, because we are not sure if $100 was the hourly rate, or the total cost. It's ambiguous.]
